Street Reach utalizes college summer student missionaries to facilitate mission youth group participants from all over the nation that come and spend a week with Street Reach in running their Bible day camps. Street Reach depends on college students as Senior Staffers. Each Sr. Staffer is assigned as a Bible club site missionary ministering to at risk children in our North Memphis neighborhood. Senior staff also lead these youth groups in providing community revitalization projects, nursing home visitation, sports camps, and reading clubs in the afternoons. All of our staff act as support and servants to our mission teams that serve.
Street Reach offers a stipend of $175.00 per week to help offset expenses. Street Reach also provides housing, meals, and transportation if needed.

Street Reach utalizes college students for senior staffing positions, highschool juniors and seniors for junior staffing positions, and local upper middle and early highschool students for support positions. Below, is a brief description of each position.
Each junior staffer works closely with a senior staffer. At Street Reach, Junior and Senior staff members (college student) are assigned a BYBC site all summer long. The Junior staffer will also be assigned an afternoon project to help facilitate during the summer.

We strongly prefer that our staff are able to attend orientation at the Tennessee Baptist Convention and our Street Reach Orientation. This year the TBC orientation is May 26-28. Our Street Reach orientation is March 23-25.
