National

Welcome back to Street Reach 2025, where Club National is once again having a phenomenal week! With foam hats, obstacle courses, music-based races, painted crosses, and sack races, week 2 at National was filled with fun and excitement from start to finish! I tell every team that the love language of our children is energy; the kids want missionaries to spend their energy on sharing love. Well, huge thanks to the missionaries from Munford Baptist Church because they poured out their energy day after day, and man, was it a blast! From the large moments like the screams of smiling children sitting under a parachute for possibly the first time, to the small moments like a single 4-year-old gleefully digging in the dirt next to their favorite missionary - the laughter shared amongst God’s children and His people are a blessing like no other. Thanks again to the Munford mission team for putting so much effort into blessing these children with a safe, structured place where they can just be kids and experience this level of joy and rest. The planning and preparation, as well as the effort put into its execution, were all evidence that God had handpicked a deeply devoted team to serve Him this week! Please pray for these many excited children as they continue to attend Bible club all summer. We had a high of 33 children this week, but nearly 50 altogether that came at least once! Pray that they will continue to come Club in search of fun as well as fellowship with their heavenly Father. Keep up the prayers, and we will update you next week! Hasta Luego!

Leahy’s

This week, we had the incredible Community Church of Waterford in town, and they brought so much heart, energy, and love to Leahy’s. Their team did a phenomenal job connecting with the kids and creating a space where fun and faith came together beautifully. At the crafts station, kids got creative by coloring wooden crosses and making salvation bracelets—each craft serving as a special reminder of Jesus’ love and the truth of the Gospel. At the songs station, the energy was high as everyone sang “church clap” and danced to “Wave Walker.” Joy filled the Leahy’s as kids worshipped with smiles on their faces and hands lifted high! Over at games, it was all about movement, teamwork, and laughter. They played fan favorites like bandana tag and red light, green light—shouts of excitement could be heard all across the field. At the Bible story station, the message was powerful. Kids learned about Jesus’ love, His resurrection, and His ascension into heaven. Seeds of truth were planted, and hearts were touched. We’re so thankful for the Community Church of Waterford and their amazing team. It’s been a Jesus-filled week here at Leahyville—and we can’t wait for what’s next!

Rosamond

This week was a great second week with Farmington first!! We had a high of 23 kids on Thursday. And a couple of new kids show up at the Club. The team was super fun and energetic. They brought love and laughter to these kids. In the Bible story, they learned about Samson and his strength. In crafts, they got to make a stick Samson with fun long hair. In games, they played so many rounds of duck, duck, goose, and Mr.Bear. In songs, our team brought a guitar, and they were able to speed up all the songs, which made it super fun for the kids. Our team was able to adapt to the number of kids we had, and they brought the fun no matter what. One highlight was the team leader at songs knew the alphabet in sign language, so we were able to accommodate a deaf child. It was so sweet and special. Thank you, Farmington first!! -Kendyl & Matt

Pope

P-O-P-E, that is where we want to be! All the way from the other side of the state, we had Silverdale Baptist join us at Club this week, and they did not disappoint! Games were the talk of the town, bringing in baseball, relay races, and even a volleyball net. Needless to say, the kids had a blast! In the craft station, the kids got to make and decorate their own crowns, and it was a hit, especially for the girls. At Bible Story, the kids got to learn about people they normally would not hear about, like Ruth, but they got to hear about Noah in the ark, and that’s always one of their favorite lessons to learn! And we can’t forget the music station either - they brought homemade instruments for the kids, like Tupperware drums and easter egg maracas! The kids were raving about it all week! We loved having Silverdale in town because it’s always a good week when they’re here! They were such a joy to serve with, and we can’t wait to see how the rest of the summer pans out!

Johnson

This week marks week two of Bible club, but week one is for Johnson. With Silverdale Baptist bringing in so many people, we were able to open Johnson this week! We canvassed the Blue, Green, and Orange routes and were able to welcome many returning kids to Club and also introduce Bible Club to new families. The community reception was amazing this week. We were able to pray with multiple people in the community on our walking routes and find many new kids to add to our Bible Club family. On Monday, we started with 19 kids, and on Friday, we ended the week with 32!

The kids at Club really enjoyed the keychains at crafts and the parachutes at games! The highlight of Club this week was getting to watch the cousin of one of our Bible club kids get saved! He came every day this week, and we loved hanging out with him, and he brought so much energy to the week. Monday and Tuesday, he started asking questions about Jesus, and on Wednesday, he accepted Jesus into his heart. At dismissal on Friday, the team gave him a Bible that they had all signed and highlighted their favorite verse in.

Safe to say, we had an amazing first week of Johnson with great weather and amazing energy. The Lord’s fingerprints are everywhere, and we can’t wait to see all the Lord has in store for this summer!
